Script not refreshing anymore #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The counter for number of cycles of cities is not getting updated
2. Script will not refresh because it is getting stuck on round 0
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Script should refresh after X number of rounds
