Feature: forbidden-license-types to take semicolon seperated string #189

hi,

thanks for the project it really helps us checking for GPL licenses ;-)

could you please extend the paramter forbidden-license-types that it also takes semicolon seperated string, this would reduce the dependency in pipelines.
