Main page #15

Main page will include routing to login screen. If they dont have an account, they need to go to registration screen

Covered with #17 and #18. The user will navigate and be routed to the register page where they must accept the terms and then be able to click "register". Otherwise, if they have already registered, then they can click the "login" button at the top right of the site.
