Adding :type to /diabetes, plus fixes #253

Adding :type URL param to diabetes operation
Fixing the name of the legend spec file, so it actually gets tested
Updating the index to load the version dynamically
Bumping the version to 2.4.0, since the diabetes param update isn't backwards-compatible

Believe it or not, lots of people use FOAAS as a teaching tool for APIs, and we really can't introduce breaking changes even with a semver bump. If you really want the endpoint, create a new one.
