Read the 'eqnos-eqref' metadata field #36

This is a fix for #35

The 'eqnos-eqref' option was added at some point, but the option is not read from the metadata anymore, following some updates. The code is still there, I just added the part to read it from the file.

Thanks for tracking down the problem. I have implemented a slightly modified version and pushed out a new release. --Tom
