type="text/css" added to EQUATION_STYLE_HTML #51

Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional (called html4 in pandoc) requires type="text/css" This resolves https://github.com/tomduck/pandoc-eqnos/issues/50 Format type 'html4' has been added, as 'html' now refers to 'html5', as per Pandoc documentation.
