Pandoc-tablenos 2.0.0 #14

I have pushed out a beta release for pandoc-tablenos 2.0.0. It is easier to use at the cost of minor incompatibilities with previous versions. Please read about what's new before giving it a try.

To install the beta release use

pip install pandoc-tablenos --upgrade --pre --user

There will eventually be a release candidate, and then a full release.
