Hello, I installed it and it deleted most of my connections.

tomecode commented 8 years ago

Hi, what is your version of sqldeveloper/jdeveloper?

besughino commented 7 years ago

Same happened to me with SQL Developer 4.1.5.21

froemra commented 6 years ago

Same here! DO NOT INSTALL THIS before this is fixed ... My guess is that all connections with spaces in names are deleted...

lag2an commented 3 years ago

looking for this issue after it installed is sucked

justinkv commented 3 years ago

Happened to me as well. Wiped out about 1/2 of my saved connections on SQL Developer 19.4.

Deleted all my connections with whitespaces but one. SQL Developer 20.4.1.407

Most of my connections have white spaces. It deleted all ones but one.

I created a new one with white space in the name. Installed the extension, and it didn't deleted the connection.

I am not sure if the white space is the motive.

the thing is, I can't reproduce this problem, so I don't know why it sometimes happens... but the plugin/extension just read the config file
