[ ] Match trigger clusters to reco clusters based on seed crystal position
[ ] Require these two reco clusters to have tracks
[ ] Does the third trident cluster have a track?

We are running into issues "finding" the two trigger clusters. It looks like (and Cam has verified) that the trigger clusters were not persisted by the DAQ in the 2016 physics run. This means we cannot determine which clusters were the trigger clusters without emulating their construction within hps-java.

For now, I am simply going to check the simpler condition that the trigger was Pair0 or Pair1 (i.e. the triggers caused by two clusters).
