[x] Histogram merger
[x] Batch running: run tracking on detector in parallel, merge histograms and run MP after all done
[x] Apply deduced MP solution to a new iteration of the detector
[x] Build MP steering file and run MP

With moving alignment into hps-mc, I have been able to get all this stuff working.
