redesign transport layer #30

the transport layer was designed as a quick-and-dirty hack. in order to properly support new features like compression, it's time to redesign.

Transport: (only a single RT and WT at any given time)

beginReadTransaction() -> ReadTransaction
beginWriteTransaction() -> WriteTransaction

Derived of Transport:

SocketTransport/SSLTransport
ProcessTransport/WrappedTransport
HTTPTransport

Helper classes:

BoundedInputStream / BoundedOutputStream
CompressedInputStream / CompressedOutputStream

redesign done, csharp still not working

c# now working, but at 50% chance the regression test fails. when running it manually, works great. wtf. dabba67603a6fee40a3a9d6eef118d5369b99b27

c# works on windows (451ecaef258cee655bc6dc45e10f6ead9da6ba98). regression still does not pass. on windows, the sln file crashes MSBuild on NullPointerException. wtf.
