Yet to be tested with Terraform

@garrying Added some commits:

Fixed the HTTP stream button event listener, which only shows up when you have a HTTP source
Fixed and tested cross site
Tested terraform deployment
Tested playback on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave

May I suggest these two changes before merging?

[x] Safari playback seems broken since we switched back to non-native player
[ ] ~Mobile browsers all have stream selector states (desktop browsers are fine) see mesh.world @garrying~ (Edit: Seems like a cache issue, it's good now on the phone)
