Defer until we know if there is additional tasks that need to be done re Scarborough Storefront

Description of issue

Antenna was working after deployment but went down some times after.

• [ ] Replace antenna

  • No RX on EdgeRouter port
  • Tried ipv6 broadcast with no luck
  • Power cycle port, could not get it to connect
  • Powered down port
• 2021-03-14
  • Tried to connect again
  • Manage to get it connected again
  • Dumped support file
  • Updated passwords/added to UNMS
  • 21:54 - UNMS reports down
• 2021-03-15
  • Noticed its down
  • Noticed it went down from 1000/full to 100/full
  • Tried power cycle - did not work (still at 100/full)
  • Powered down port again
• 2021-03-15 Evening
  • Powered up port
  • Still not responding
  • Powered down port again
• 2020-06-04
  • Power Cycle antenna to bring it back up
  • Powered down other antennas to see if power draw is an issue
