Russian translations #65

Added Russian translations (JSON + Android values). Also created an entry for the language selection page. There is a problem however. App does not detect Russian as System Default language, even tho, everything seem to be named fine.

I would first merge your commits into my dev branch first, and see if it will be released in the v3.2.1 or v3.3.0 update.

You may check this commit for the reason of "App does not detect Russian as System Default language" you mentioned.
