add support for Mermaid diagrams #26

Hi @tomfran! Thanks for the theme 😄

Sorry for the point blank PR, but I just added support for Mermaid diagrams locally. I just followed Hugo's own guide for doing so, and it was straightforward.

I hope it's something you can use here as well.
