Bluesbreaker layout wont load in v3.13.0 but will in v3.7.0 #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load Bluesbreaker layout
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

layout opens in v3.7.0 will not open in v3.13.0.
Error Message- Could not 
openfile.java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:org.diylc.components.passive.PotentiometerP
anel.setResistance(Lorg/diylc/core/measures/Resistance(Lorg/diylc/core/measures/
Resistance;)V

provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Operating system is windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
Other layouts that I have tried also present issues such as the 9 volt 
regulated supply.
