I fixed my problem, my problem was i have 2 hard disk.

I had diylc in my secondary disk. Older versions had no problem with this.
When i changed diylc to the main disk, where java is instaled, it opened
without a issue.

Only one disk here. Still this problem.
After downloading OSX version I get this message: DIYLC is damaged and can't be
opened. You should move it to the trash.
