App won't open with OSX #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download the app
2.Double click to open
3.App doesn't open

Error message from OSX:
"DIYLC.app" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

OSX 10.8.4
2.3 GHz Intel Core i&
8GB 1600 MHz DDR3
