Rotate object via right click does not work as expected #248

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Right click on object and select Rotate (either clockwise or counterclockwise)
2. Repeat a few times and observe
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the object to rotate one quarter turn in the direction specified. It 
rotates a half turn, quarter turn, or no rotation. 
Using the key combination (alt-left, alt-right) works as expected

Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
