OSX Runtime Error #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download current OSX build.
2. Unzip and copy .app to apps folder.
3. When run error - “DIYLC.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You 
should move it to the Trash.

OSX Version - 10.9.2

You need to allow 3rd party apps in osx.
