Keep Positions that have no li_univ_name/li_uniq_id and mark them #22

Tested locally, Untested in production.

All Positions connected to Entities w/o li_uniq_id / li_univ_name will be marked as: status="unverified"

All Entities that are not educational (li_type = "school") and lack li_uniq_id/li_univ_name will be marked as: status="unverified"

Note\ b/c these Entities have NOTHING else besides title, status, we need to be careful/aware of them.
