Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To keep code formatting consistent across all users, allow to set formatting based on configuration file https://robotidy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/configuration/config_file.html

Describe the solution you'd like Try to find and load configuration inside project search for default file "config.toml" ( maybe list of file names to search for block tool.robotidy ) and apply block [tool.robotidy]

No longer valid Its possible to setup via pyproject.toml
