….0 Release. Added some additional Libraries.

Library Docs are created with fetch-stds.sh and some usefull Libraries are added.

Readme.md has been reduces so that the really old stuff is not visible there directly

@tomi It would be super nice, if you could go once through these PRs. If you could spend this time.

i started with some further fixes and published this in the Robot Framework Slack.

I am still interested to start maintaining this Plugin. @tomi if you are interested please contact me.

It is just for the next few month until the new Language Server will be released.
