Localization #79

Implement internationalization in updated HA parts, where only English is available.

Possible solutions:

  1. Have an external website for people to translate strings.

  2. Add a new extension page for people to translate strings (e.g. in the Options).

    • 1 database as source of truth.
    • After submitting the translations, they need to be approved and only after that, it can be displayed in the extension.
    • People need to see already translated strings to add their variants.

  3. Translate with a help of community in discussion threads. Add them to the extension manually.

  4. Locate as much as possible strings within the game (just like the attribute abbrevations), get their translations and save to local storage.

    • this is probably not viable as not all strings are from the game and there might be more in the future
