Expand Testing section #76

I've expanded the Testing section with information on:

I'd love to continue to expand on this section, because there really isn't any documentation out there around WP_UnitTestCase, and I think this is a great place to add it.

That's awesome, I'm still going through it, and I think I need to make some manual changes over on gitbook to cater for this, their menu system changed so it won't pick up the changes to summary.md immediatley, it needs some digging to figure out
