Comment styling #11

I'm using the Social plugin for comments, but if I turn that off the comment styling is quite basic. Some improvements are required for public consumption ( or if I change my mind )

Some significant changes have been made, blockquotes, font size, and paragraphs etc are now styled appropriatley
