Asset type views #112

Asset types to be introduced that have different fields from RF assets. They get their own asset and table views. (Perhaps you can view all assets on a table, too, but with a restricted set of fields.)

SIM T&D License Vehicle IP Address Book Room Software Seat Drone Device under test (loaned from manufacturer) ** although is this one really a separate type? Not RF?

Note that some types, like T&D License, are not bookable, and this needs recording somewhere in the SQL along with the enum value/label. (So another table, like user etc)

Note that some types, like Drone, are only bookable by a specific set of people (more privs).

This is now required for RAMS replacement, but should be able to implement all the above types at the same time without too much effort (if not, don't close this issue, or make a new one)
