Latest audio recordings and RDS not included in range #40

The timestamp of the last spectrum sweep will often be less than the timestamp of latest audio recordings and RDS names and text, as these potentially happen asynchronously. Consider having the server report the 'latest' timestamp as the greatest of all timestamps for data associated with the config set.

Can remove spurious "+ 5" from the range timestamp calculation if this is fixed.
