Why i getting a flickering notification? #17

i'm not good with English but i'll try to explain it.

So it's the same problem with my older phone, where there are flickering notification from this app, that says that 'starting locks...' or, but less than second after the notification disappear and appear again

  1. Does this issue occur when you enable a one-time lock or a recurring lock, or with out any runing locks?

  2. How does this notification appear? Is it random, or does it occur after starting the app or restarting your device?

  3. How frequently does this issue happen to you?

  4. Could you also specify the model of your phone and the version of the Android operating system it's currently running?

Your input will greatly assist us in diagnosing and resolving the problem you've encountered.

Of course

  1. I haven't set up any lock yet, after the flickering notification appear, i try to set a lock for 1 minute, it's work but after a while the notification is back
  2. it's after starting the app, i haven't restart my device yet
  3. I don't know about that, but i can say that it is frequently happen to me
  4. rn i'm using samsung j2 pro that running on android 7.1.1 ; i also use this app on my previous phone, oppo a5s that running on android 8.1.0

Hello @Lea9726261 Thank you so much for your answer. I'm currently investigating this issue, and I will update you once it's resolved. May I ask one more thing: could you please record a video? It would be very helpful in understanding this issue.

Additionally, have you downloaded the app from Google Play, and are you using the latest version?

ah yes, i'll try to record it and send it, i already deactivate the app for a quite time now.

And yeah, i downloaded the latest version from the play store
