It is currently in public preview without support for metrics.

Looks like we can get metrics for container appa now: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/reference/supported-metrics/microsoft-app-containerapps-metrics

Would be much appreciated if this update could be done :)
