iOS screen joystick #3

unable play game using two buttons; Analog joystick very unstable to control direction; have not supported DualShock and Xbox One Gamepad’s for iOS and tvOS 13.

Using the 'sdl-only' branch partially solves this issue for tvos, but ios version give not customize controls and change brightness.

I can take a look next month but my limitation has always been that I have limited access to physical hardware, so it's traditionally worked with what I have access to but not guaranteed to work elsewhere.

Also it's been so long I don't remember what the "sdl-only" branch was other than me trying some sort of experiment with SDL that I likely worked into the main project proper.
