Feature request: support for "title" attribute (for tooltips) #15

Thanks for this awesome gem (no pun intended)! Any chance you could support something like fa_icon('...', title: 'tooltip description')?

@xinspire Hello, try upgrade to version 0.3.2. I've added support for title.
