msign.py not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to import androguard.core.analysis.msign

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Import should work and I should be able to use MSignature class (as per the RE 
section of the wiki).
Instead, there is no msign.py in the source (cloned from mercurial repository).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I see that msign.py is available in some clones of this repository. Is 
something that is being added to the this project or is it deprecated? And 
explanation would be very helpful.
