Added Vundle support and instructions #5

Vundle is a package manager that allows this plugin to be installed with a 1 line change to .vimrc for the cools kids that use it.

This guy is very serious about it

I added instructions and a README, check it out

Just so's you know. All it entailed was moving files around the directory structure, and adding a readme.txt. I love packaging.
