Making cryptkeeper compile with GCC 7 #26

As mentioned in #25, cryptkeeper cannot be built on recent systems at the moment. This PR fixes that. I also took the liberty of creating a .gitignore file in the project root and filling it with all the files created by the bootstrap script.
