Link to sportsbook for specific bets #35

In matchup.html add sportsbook links in new tab for specific bet clicked

Original plan was for the aforementioned external links. However, the sportsbooks don't generate url's with easily configurable parameters. We should still offer some level of external linking to the sportsbooks, even if we can't get specific to the bet. We need ideas. Share them.

If we decided against the external links, we need to remove the hyperlinks currently in place that just refresh the page in matchup.html

I can remove the tag which makes them clickable for now.
