`index-references.tex` is not being processed #25

I am quite sure it used to be processed correctly and I have no idea why its entries are no longer showing up in the index. I scanned the logs quickly but could not find any clues.

Maybe just another issue with my MacBook?

It also does not compile correctly on my Linux pc.

The file was created in commit 700df17 and it seems it didn't even work back then?!? This is not how I remember it.

The index entries cannot appear on the same page as where the index starts. I had the following code:

\clearforchapter
\input{tex/index-references} % Cannot appear after \backmatter
\printindex

Moving the input command before the \clearforchapter command fixes the issue.
