Exif Notes is an Android application that let's you quickly make structured notes in the field when doing film photography. It has about 1,500 active installations through Google Play.
The user needs to select the film format for each new film roll regardless of the camera being used.
New feature
Cameras should have a default film format property. This could be entered in the cameras settings in the Gear activity. When adding new film rolls using a set camera, the film format property is automatically updated to the camera's default format.
Why is this useful
It is rare that a camera is being used for multiple different film formats. Having a default format would reduce the amount of manual inputs or corrections the user needs to make when adding new rolls.
