I prefer the clock-based time picker, which was the old default. The new default is the keyboard/text field based one. I think a better option would be to remember whichever the user used last and open that one.
Steps:
Create a new roll
Tap on a time field
Switch to the clock time picker
Tap OK
Tap on another time field
Expected behavior: Time picker opens in clock mode.
