Hide unnecessary descriptions in lens and filter items in gear activity #20

In the gear activity, lenses that have no compatible filters still display the "Filters" text unnecessarily taking up valuable real estate. Similarly, filters that have no compatible cameras display the "Cameras" text anyway.

These texts could be hidden when there are no compatible items or alternatively "No filters" and "No cameras" could be shown.
