Added keyboard shortcuts for showing and hiding the footer

I often open the dock on my mac, when I move my mouse to the bottom to open the search footer. For that reason I have added keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+f and esc) to show and hide the footer. It relies on https://github.com/jeresig/jquery.hotkeys
