A few minor changes #8

Hi, I love this extension, but I couldn't stand the search being at the bottom.

I added some small changes to put the search on top, the bottom links are now in a vertical fixed position list on the left hand side, and I also upgraded to use manifest version 2.

+1 on moving the search to the top, it's a really bad experience having it moving at bottom.

The search and footer links are now available by moving your mouse to the bottom of the page, cheers!
