Problems:
advcash is not able to be loaded on a GitHub page. IDK what casues the error.
Some notes:
MyUI+ taken from their YouTube videos.
Addonto have only been redone. This logo is nowhere to be found on the internet, so is the name "Addonto".
Dappremo's complex outer shape has been blurred to accommodate to for the extreme downscaling that happens in the app. I've tested it out on the web with higher resolution image and it constantly produced ugly mess of distorted lines on a small canvas due to its resolution.

Myepaywindow seemed to be using a wrong icon.
Uptime Robot is taken from their website and apps.
Most icons have been recalibrated with golden ratio padding (61.8 % bigger by the biggest part of a logo).
Other icons have been recalibrated with half golden ratio padding (30.9 % bigger by the biggest part of a logo) They are:

I've used official brandbooks as the main guideline.
