CSV support #39

Added CSV support for those who dont own a printer :) Gap inbetween the sets incase someone wants to write in their actual performance, that is simply a personal preference.

Thanks for the nice contribution. Nice to have csv support as well. Some small formatting issues. Can you please take a look?
