Expose the BeanReader on the BeanIOFlatFileItemReader class #67

This will allow clients to access BeanIO metadata for unmarshalled records.

Snapshot archive attached.  BeanReader remains protected, but other metadata is 
exposed.  See the javadocs for BeanIOFlatFileItemReader for details.
