What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a cellar that includes wines with the varietals listed below.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
These varietals should be renamed as follows. More suggestions can be added in 
the issue comments.

Current varietal displayed in Cellar View
> Expected simplified varietal

Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend
> White Blend
