Describe the bug
I'm subbed to a few channels, but the emotes of those channels don't show up in the emote bar, and it won't let me use them unless I'm in that channel's chat.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to any channel you watch
Click on the emote bar
Scroll down to Twitch emotes
See only the current channel's emotes and the 7tv emotes.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to use my sub emotes from other channels like I've been able to do forever.
