Crash with RS_DBI_errorMessage #119

The msg argument is missing for the second specifier. It causes crash like:

caught segfault address 0x4, cause 'memory not mapped'

Thank you. This is apparently an error. Amended with commit: 9eba3f3a9d7a23f8fc5f47b0ac8280fa04a5d696.
