add mode switching, map and markers #1

Hi Tom, added map and markers. Currently there's no geocoding, assuming that will be added fairly soon. The markers are just placed in a straight line diagonally across the UK, if there's no latitude, longitude information in the provider data.

awesome! looks great. Can you get the deploy preview to pass? I invited you to netlify, you should be able to access the logs to see what failed.
