refactor data fetch and geolocation, add postcode search to list view

Added a data provider context
Added a mode switch to the geoprovider context, to switch between geolocation and postcode
Added postcode search to list view, made the PostcodeInput not tied to the map view

Todo: Remove the Results mode switch in the top right, move next to the postcode input
